Return Policy - 1. We are happy to do exchanges or refunds on unworn merchandise 30 days from the time you receive your merchandise. If it's a gift or Christmas present, that's OK to go a little past the 30 days, just make sure the clothing, jewelry or accessories are unworn. If they were a gift, just send them back to us as soon as possible. 2. Send your purchase back to us with the Invoice/Purchase Receipt form completely filled out. 3. If merchandise has been worn we will not exchange it or refund it. 4. With exchanges or refunds, you will pay the shipping to us. We will pay to ship it back to you if it is an exchange. 5. On returns without a receipt, only a store credit will be issued for the current price of the item(s) returned. 6. Shipping is not refundable. We will not accept merchandise from another store. 7. If your original selection is no longer available, you may choose another item(s) of equal or greater value, or you will receive a Beth Bishop credit slip for its retail value. 8. If you select an item(s) of greater value, the retail difference and applicable sales tax are required. 9. We care about your feedback, so please take a moment and let us know the reason for your return. Privacy, Security and Junk Mail We are firm believers in an individual's right to personal privacy. The information you supply is not sold, passed along to a third party, bartered for or redistributed in any way. It is kept here at our store in a file for store records and book keeping. We do not sell your e-mail address or phone number to advertisers. Your order is rung-up right here at our store so there is not a third party to worry about. Your information is not sold or passed to another party. We don't send out junk e-mail to you either. For accounting purposes, your info is stored and never sees the light of day. How We Process an Order When you have decided what you would like please call us at (508) 255-0642 Monday - Saturday 10:00am until 5:00pm ET. Please have the Item Number, Quantity, Color and Size information ready. Once we have processed your order you will be asked for your credit card. We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discover. Then your address and billing address if they are different, along with your phone number. Once we receive your order, it is processed over a secure line. Then upon credit card approval we will call you telling you that your order was sent. If there is a problem with your order then we will contact you as well. On any order we receive, your card is not billed until we send the merchandise to you. Find your perfect size

Original Shipping and Processing fees are nonrefundable. All in-stock items are shipped within 24 hours. If there is a delay, you will be informed by Customer Service at the time of purchase. Gift boxing is available for most items for just $3 each. Our high quality gift boxes are beautifully finished with satin ribbon and topped with a bow. If you would like to ship directly to your gift recipient, we’ll gladly handwrite your gift message. Add an additional $4.99 for each address.
Price Adjustments
A one-time price adjustment on full-priced merchandise that has been marked down is available within 14 days from the date of purchase. For store purchases please return to Beth Bishop with the merchandise and receipt to request your adjustment.
